SubbieNow Ltd ("SubbieNow", "we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data we collect from prospects and website visitors, and the data processor for personal data our customers ("Customers") upload into the Service. This policy explains both.
SubbieNow is a web-based customer relationship and project management platform designed for UK subcontractor trades. We provide the Service on a subscription basis as described in your Order Form or on the pricing page in effect when you sign up.
We rely on one or more of: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — primarily to run our business and develop our products — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), and consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for marketing where consent is required.
We share personal data only with sub-processors who help us deliver the Service (UK-based hosting, transactional email, error monitoring, customer support tooling), and with our professional advisers and authorities when required by law. Sub-processor list is available on request.
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal obligations. Customer data is deleted or anonymised 30 days after termination, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We protect personal data with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, regular vulnerability testing and a documented incident response procedure. Our hosting partner is ISO 27001 certified.
SubbieNow is a B2B service intended for use by businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or in-app. The "last updated" date will always reflect the current version.
