Site Information

The Site Information area provides functionality allowing the Contract Manager to view Drawings, Plot Information Drawings, and Sales Extras associated with a Plot. The area also provides the ability to download Drawings directly to the user’s device when required.

When the user enters the Site Information area, the Mobile Application will display all Sites currently assigned to the signed-in Contract Manager.

Each Site displays an orange cloud icon on the right-hand side containing a diagonal strikethrough. This indicates that the Site Information Drawings and Site Information Plot Information for that Site are not currently configured for automatic download.

If the user selects the cloud icon, the strikethrough will be removed and replaced with a down arrow icon within the cloud. This indicates that the drawings and plot information for the Site will now be automatically downloaded to the device. Once downloaded, the user will still be able to access this information while offline.

Site Information Drawings

The Site Information Drawings area allows the Contract Manager to view and download Drawings associated with the selected Site. These Drawings are files that have been uploaded against the Site within the Admin System and are not linked to a specific Plot.

Once a Site has been selected within the Site Information area, the Mobile Application will display two tiles. To access the Site Information Drawings area, the user must select the Drawings tile.

Once the Drawings tile has been selected, the application will display all Drawings associated with the selected Site. Each Drawing is displayed within its own tile, which contains the File Name and Revision information for the Drawing.

Each tile also contains a blue circular icon with three dots. Selecting this icon will display an options menu at the bottom of the screen containing the options View and Download.

Selecting the View option will open the Drawing on screen in a scrollable view. If the Drawing contains multiple pages, the user can navigate through the pages accordingly. To close the Drawing view, the user can swipe down from the top of the screen. The Drawing will then be closed, and the user will be returned to the previous screen.

Selecting the Download option will instantly download the selected Drawing to the device. Once downloaded, the Drawing will remain accessible even when the user is offline.

Site Information Plot Information

The Site Information Plot Information area allows Contract Managers to view Sales Extras and view or download Plot Information Files associated with a selected Plot.

Once a Site has been selected within the Site Information area, the Mobile Application will display two tiles. To access the Site Information Plot Information area, the user must select the Plot Information tile.

Once the Plot Information tile has been selected, the Plot table will be displayed. The table consists of two columns: Plot Number and House Type. This displays all non-deleted Plots associated with the selected Site, along with the corresponding House Type linked to each Plot.

When a Plot is selected from the table, the Plot Information page is displayed for the selected Plot.

The top of the page displays key details for the selected Plot, including House Type, Property Type, Specification, Postcode & Address.

The Sales Extras are displayed in a dedicated table consisting of three columns: Extra Name, Location, and Qty. This table lists each Sales Extra associated with the Plot, along with its configured Location and Quantity values.

The Plot Files are displayed in a separate table consisting of two columns: File Name and Revision. This table lists all Drawings assigned to the selected Plot.

To the right of the Revision column, a blue circular icon with three dots is displayed for each Plot Drawing. When selected, an options menu is shown at the bottom of the screen containing the options View and Download.

When View is selected, the application opens the selected Drawing in a scrollable view, allowing the user to navigate through multiple pages if applicable. To close the Drawing, the user can swipe down from the top of the screen, which will dismiss the view.

When Download is selected, the Drawing is downloaded to the device, ensuring it remains accessible even when the user is offline.
