The Settings page provides functionality that allows the user to Logout & Deregister.
The Logout button is located within the Account section at the top of the page. When selected, a confirmation popup is displayed asking the user to confirm that they wish to log out. If Logout is confirmed, the user will be returned to the Login page.
The Deregister button is also located within the Account section at the top of the page. When selected, a confirmation popup is displayed informing the user that all locally stored data and credentials will be removed and that re-registration will be required. If Deregister is confirmed, the user will be returned to the Register page.
