Site Reports

The Site Reports area allows the Contract Manager to view and download Fix Reports and Site Reports for the Sites they are currently assigned to.

Site & Plot Selection

When the Contract Manager enters the Site Reports area, a list of Sites is displayed containing the Sites they are currently assigned to, allowing them to select a Site to view reports for.

Once a Site has been selected, a Plot list is displayed showing all Plots associated with the selected Site. The list displays the Plot Number and the related House Type for each Plot. The Contract Manager can then select the desired Plot, which navigates them to the Fix & Site Report page.

Fix Reports

The Fix Report tab only displays Build Stages that have an available Fix Report, with Build Stages that do not have a report being hidden from the list.

Next to each Build Stage is a circular button containing an ellipsis icon. When selected, a menu is displayed at the bottom of the screen containing two options: View and Download.

When View is selected, the Fix Report for the selected Build Stage is displayed on screen within a scrollable viewer, allowing the user to navigate through all pages of the report if required. The user can exit the viewer by selecting the Close button located in the top-right corner.

Selecting the Download option in the menu does not save the Fix Report to the user’s photo library. Instead, the Fix Report is downloaded locally to the device, allowing it to be retained for offline access. This ensures that if the user goes offline, the Fix Report will still be available for viewing within the table.

Site Reports

The Site Reports are displayed in a separate tab, these reports consist of Contract Manager Forms that have been submitted for the selected Site and are populated with the answers provided by the Contract Manager who created them.

The Site Reports table contains four elements that display key information for each Site Report, as described below.

• Name – Displays the Name of the Form.
• Created By – Displays the Name of the Contract Manager who submitted the Contract Manager Form.
• Date – Displays the date the Site Report was submitted.
• Assigned To – Displays the Assigned Users for the Site Report, as selected by the Contract Manager prior to submitting the Form.
