Operatives
The Operatives area allows users to view other Operatives, Contract Managers, and Customer Care Engineers, including details such as their assigned Sites, Qualifications, and Tasks. The area also provides functionality to assign and unassign Sites to and from users.
The user can access the Operatives area by selecting the Operatives tile from the home screen.
Upon entering the Operatives area, all Operatives, Contract Managers, and Customer Care Engineers within the system are displayed.

A Quick Search field is available within this area, allowing the Contract Manager to search by Operative name and narrow down the displayed results.
The Contract Manager can select an Operative from the table to open that Operative’s record, displaying their Operative Sites, Operative Qualifications, and Operative Tasks.
Operative Sites
The Operative Sites section is a list which is pre-populated with all the Sites that the signed in Contract Manager is currently assigned to.
The Contract Manager can assign Sites to the selected user by entering Edit mode using the Edit button located in the top-right corner, then selecting the desired Site from the list.
Sites that are already assigned to the selected user are highlighted in green and display a tick icon to indicate that they are currently assigned.

A maximum of 15 Sites can be assigned to a user. If the Contract Manager attempts to assign more than 15 Sites, the application prevents the action and displays an error message.

The Contract Manager can remove assigned Sites by selecting the highlighted Site within the list. Once selected, the Site returns to the default colour to indicate that it has been unassigned.
Operative Qualifications
The Operatives Qualifications are displayed in a table containing three columns: Code, Qualification, and Description.
The Code column displays the Qualification Code for each assigned qualification.
The Qualification column displays the Qualification Name for each assigned qualification.
The Description column displays the Qualification Description for each assigned qualification.

This section is strictly read-only and does not allow any editing or modification of qualifications, providing view-only access only.
Operative Tasks
The Operative Tasks section allows the Contract Manager to view the Tasks currently assigned to the selected Operative, Contract Manager, or Customer Care Engineer.
These are displayed in a table containing four columns, each of which is described below.
- Site – Displays the Site that the Task is assigned to.
- Plot – Displays the Plot that the Task is assigned to. This column may be blank, as assigning a Plot is not mandatory when creating a Task.
- Name – Displays the Name for each Task.
- Information – Displays the Description for each Task.
Above the Information column, there is a dropdown filter containing two options: Open and Completed, with Open selected by default.
When Open is selected, the table displays all Tasks assigned to the Operative that have not been completed.
When Completed is selected, the table displays all Tasks assigned to the Operative that have been completed.
