Sites Customer Care
The Customer Care section of the Site allows users to Add and View Customer Care Jobs associated with the selected Site.
This section contains a Quick Search which targets the Operative column.

Users can navigate to any Customer Care Job associated with the selected Site by selecting the relevant job from the table. The system will then take the user directly to the corresponding Customer Care record.
To Add a Customer Care, the user can enter Edit mode and select the Add Customer Care button located above the right-hand side of the table.

The system will automatically navigate the user to a new Customer Care record, opening it on the Customer Care Details page, to begin entering the job information.

The columns in the Site’s Customer Care section are populated using data derived from the Customer Care Details page, as explained below:
- Customer Care Number – Displays the unique Customer Care Number assigned to each job upon creation.
- Operative – Displays the Operatives assigned to the job, derived from the Operative multi-select field on the Customer Care Details page.
- Plot – Displays the Plot Number associated with the Customer Care job, derived from the Plot dropdown on the Customer Care Details page.
- Issue Date – Displays the Issue Date of the Customer Care job, derived from the Issue Date field on the Customer Care Details page.
- Information – Displays the Information recorded for the Customer Care job, derived from the Information field on the Customer Care Details page.
- Operative Notes – Displays any Operative Notes entered for the job, derived from the Operative Notes field on the Customer Care Details page.
- Booked Date – Displays the Booked Date for the Customer Care job, derived from the Booked Date field on the Customer Care Details page.
- Completed – Displays a checkbox indicating the completion status of the job; it is selected when the job is completed and unselected when incomplete. This status is derived from the Completed checkbox on the Customer Care Details page.
- Action – Displays the Action notes recorded for the Customer Care job, derived from the Action field on the Customer Care Details page.
