Sites Site Reports
The Site Reports area allows users to download Plot-specific Fix Reports and Plot Reports for the selected Site.
A Fix Report is a PDF document that includes all Work Submissions that have been Accepted for the selected Plot and Build Stage. It also contains the associated Forms and the answers entered.
A Plot Report is a PDF document that includes Contract Manager Forms that have been created for a specific Plot and Form, these are created on the Operative Portal. It also contains all entered answers associated with those Forms.
Downloading Fix Reports
To download a Fix Report, the user can select the Fix Report option from the Type dropdown menu.
The Plot dropdown displays all Plots associated with the Site. Plots that do not have any available Fix Reports are greyed out and cannot be selected. Only Plots with existing Fix Reports are available for selection.
The Build Stage dropdown lists only the Build Stages that have an associated Fix Report. Build Stages without a Fix Report will not be displayed.
After selecting a Build Stage, the Download Fix Report button becomes enabled. The user can select this button to download the Fix Report to their device.
The Fix Report includes the answers provided for all questions contained within the associated Forms.
It also provides key information for each Work Submission, including the Labour Items involved, their respective Quantities, and the Date of Submission.
Downloading Plot Reports
To download a Plot Report, the user can select the Plot Report option from the Type dropdown menu.
The Plot dropdown displays all Plots associated with the Site. Plots that do not have any available Fix Reports are greyed out and cannot be selected. Only Plots with existing Fix Reports are available for selection.
The Form dropdown lists all Contract Manager Forms that have been created for the selected Plot. Each instance of a Form is displayed as a separate option in the dropdown.
After selecting a Form, the Download Plot Report button becomes enabled. The user can select this button to download the Plot Report to their device.
The Plot Report includes the answers provided for all questions contained within the associated Form.
The Plot Report also provides key information for each Form, including the Date of the Form, the Assigned To user, the associated Plot, and the user who completed it.
