Clients Materials

The Client Materials section allows users to view all materials associated with the Client, including the assigned suppliers and their respective costs.

This area contains a Quick Search which allows the users to target the Material, Category, Code or Make.

The Export option in this section provides two available actions.

Selecting Export to generate a CSV file containing all materials associated with the client, including their suppliers and costs.

Alternatively, hovering over the Export button reveals an additional option, Uses. Selecting Uses generates a CSV file that includes all client-associated materials, along with their suppliers, costs, the master houses they are linked to, the site houses they are linked to, and the plots to which they have been added to.

Users with the Add Price Admin permission enabled in their user profile can edit or update material prices within this section. The same permission applies when adding or modifying material prices via the Materials Availability tab.

To update prices, the user must enter Edit mode and enter values into the available editable fields. If the Add Price Admin permission is not enabled, the price fields will remain read-only, even when the user is in Edit mode.

Material prices associated with the client can also be updated by performing a Price Import.

Users can select a material from the list to navigate to the Material Details page for that specific material.
