Clients Suppliers
The Client Suppliers section allows users to add Suppliers to the Client. These Suppliers are then used to determine material costs for that Client throughout the system.
This section contains a Quick Search which targets the Supplier Name, Address, Phone Number or Email.
Users with relevant System Access permissions can alter existing Suppliers at any time by selecting the desired record from the table.

To add a new Supplier, the user must enter Edit mode and select the Add Supplier button located above the right-hand side of the table.
The system then directs the user to a new Client Supplier record, which automatically opens on the Details page.
The Details page contains two fields: Supplier and Client.
The Supplier dropdown lists all suppliers available in the Suppliers area. The Client field is read-only and displays the name of the Client to which the Supplier is being added to.

To delete an existing Client Supplier, the user must have the relevant System Access permissions. To perform the action, the user must enter Edit mode and select the Delete button located in the top right corner.
Deleted Client Supplier records appear highlighted in red within the list table to clearly indicate their status. Only users with Super User permissions can view deleted records. These records can be restored by opening the deleted record and selecting the Restore button located in the top-right corner.
