Form Review
The Form Review area allows users to review Forms completed by Operatives once their submitted Work Submissions have been accepted.
Forms displayed in the Form Review table are those where the Form Review checkbox has been selected in the Form Details page. In addition, the Work Submission containing the Form must be marked as Accepted for the Form Review to appear in the table.

The Form Review table contains multiple columns which each display key information for each form that is pending review or has already been reviewed, as described below.
- Form – Displays the Form Name for the Form that requires review, which is derived from the Name field in the Form Details page.
- Site – Displays the Site associated with the Work Submission for which the Form was completed.
- Plot – Displays the Plot Display Name associated with the Work Submission for which the Form was completed, which is derived from the Display Name field on the Plot Details page.
- Plot Number – Displays the Plot Number associated with the Plot for which the Work Submission Form was completed.
- Date – Displays the Date the Form Review was added to the table.
- Time – Displays the Time the Form Review was added to the table.
- Reviewed – Displays a checkbox for each Form Review, with its status determined by the Reviewed checkbox in the Form Review Details page.
The Form Review WebSocket Alert counter increases when a Form Review is added to the table and has not yet been reviewed. This applies to Form Reviews associated with Site(s) where the user is assigned as Project Surveyor.

Form Review Filters
The Form Review area contains multiple filters that allow users to narrow the search to locate specific Forms for review.

The Reviewer dropdown filter lists all Standard users who are assigned as a Project Surveyor on a Site, as defined in the Project Surveyor dropdown on the Site Details page. When a Reviewer is selected, the table is filtered to display only Form Reviews for Site(s) where the selected user is the Project Surveyor.
When the user initially enters the Form Review area, the Reviewer dropdown filter defaults to the currently signed-in user, allowing them to immediately see which Forms require their review.
The Status dropdown filter contains two fixed options: Unreviewed and Reviewed. When Unreviewed is selected, the table displays only Form Reviews where the Reviewed checkbox is not selected. When Reviewed is selected, the table displays only Form Reviews where the Reviewed checkbox is selected.
When the user initially enters the Form Review area, the Status dropdown filter defaults to Unreviewed, allowing them to immediately see which Forms require reviewing.
The Form Review area also includes a Quick Search feature that filters results based on the Form column.
Form Review Details
The Form Review Details page allows users to mark a Form as reviewed and view the Form being reviewed.
The Form is displayed in its configured layout, as defined in the Form Layout section, and is populated with the answers entered by the Operative via the Operative Portal. The Form Layout must be set to Active for it to be displayed on the Form Review Details page.
To mark a Form as Reviewed, the user can enter Edit mode and select the Reviewed checkbox located in the top-right corner of the Form Review Details page.

Once a Form has been marked as Reviewed, the Reviewed By, Reviewed Date, and Reviewed Time fields are displayed beneath the Reviewed checkbox, showing the user who marked it as reviewed and the date and time this action was taken.

Once a Form has been marked as Reviewed, this action cannot be undone. After the Reviewed checkbox is selected and saved, it becomes locked and cannot be changed.
