Clients Email

The Client Emails section is read-only and displays all Emails that have been sent out for Customer Care jobs & Variations that relate to the client currently being viewed.

The Emails area contains a Quick Search feature which targets the Subject column.

The Emails table contains multiple columns, each displaying key information relating to Emails that have been sent, as described below.

  • Created Date – Displays the date the Email was created to be sent out.
  • Created Time – Displays the time the Email was created to be sent out.
  • Subject – Displays the Subject of each Email, using the Subject configured within the corresponding Email Template, including Customer Care Booking Confirmation, Customer Care Builder Update, Customer Care Customer Update, Customer Care Quote, Variation Client Email, and Variation Internal Charge Notification.
  • To – Displays the recipients each Email has been sent to.
  • Sent Date – Displays the date the Email was sent.
  • Sent Time – Displays the time the Email was sent.
