Sites Details
The Sites Details page allows the user to enter key information about the Site. The available fields are outlined below:
The Site Code, Site Name, Address & Postcode fields are text fields which allow the user to manually enter the relevant details for the Site. The Site Code & Name fields are mandatory, if the user attempts to save whilst leaving these fields blank, the system will display an error message prompting them to enter a Site Name/Code.

The Primary Contact dropdown lists the Contacts that have been added to the Site through the Sites Contacts section. The Primary Contact’s Email Address will be displayed in the Email field when a Sales Application Document is downloaded for that Site.
The Region dropdown lists all non-deleted Regions within the system, which are derived from the Regions system area.
The Project Surveyor dropdown lists all non-deleted Standard Users within the system. This field is mandatory, if the user attempts to save without selecting a Project Surveyor, the system will display an error prompting them to do so. Users assigned as Project Surveyor cannot be deleted until they have been unassigned from all associated Sites. The selected Project Surveyor will also receive the Purchase Order confirmation emails relating to that specific Site.
